- The request for availability for a stay can be made through the Booking Form of this site. We will take care of answering the request promptly and, if necessary, giving instructions for the booking.
- Methods of payment: to confirm the reservation we kindly ask you to pay the full amount (by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer).
- Documents: upon arrival it is essential to present a valid identity document for each guest, to allow for registration according to the laws in force. In the case of minors, these must be accompanied by at least one of the parents or be provided with a specific signed authorization.
- Check in: the rooms are available after 15.00. However, we kindly ask you to communicate your expected arrival time or any delays in order to guarantee our presence at the time of your arrival.
- Check out: the rooms must be vacated no later than 10.00 am.
- Parking: free on site.
- Animals: are admitted.
- Smoking: sorry, smoking is not allowed in the house. Transfer from and / or to the airport: only on request and at an additional cost.
- Cancellation and / or renunciation of the stay: in case of renunciation of the stay by the client, the communication must be received in writing; we will try to do our best to meet the customer’s needs by moving the booking but if this is not possible, we will proceed as follows:
- For cancellations received within the 21st day prior to arrival, no penalty; the entire amount paid will be fully refunded.
- For cancellations received between the 20th day and the expected date of arrival, the full amount will be retained.
- In case of No Show, the full amount of the stay will be retained.
- Early departure: any changes must be communicated promptly before arrival; if during the stay the customer decides to anticipate the departure before the established date, he will still have to pay the amount of the stay inside.
- The booking conditions are subject to Italian law. In case of disputes the competent court will be that of Taranto.
